Our caring coaches provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help teens understand, manage, and reduce social anxiety while building confidence and emotional resilience. Through mindful conversation, emotional awareness, and spiritual grounding — reconnecting with Sikh practices — we help teenagers navigate social challenges with clarity, calm, and self-assurance. We support teens, adults, and elders, with a special focus on teenagers experiencing social anxiety. For underage teens, parental consent is required before beginning coaching sessions.
